প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of RCC Building construction work worth not less than Tk. 22.00 (Twenty Two) lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh
during last 5(five)years. (C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) ie. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.10.00 (Ten) Lakh only. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified, without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders (original copy only).
(E) The Minimum amount of tender capacity shall be Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakh as per formula stated in TDS.
(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(G) Having sufficient steel shuttering matarials and equipment to commence all building at a time.
(H) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2, Section-4 & Section-8) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
