* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed supplier who have minimum 02 (Two) years of general experience in supply of Goods to in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years counting backward form the date of tender publication in newspaper.
(b) Having experience in successful completion of Supply at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of Goods , worth not less than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh in a single work order worth in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper. Must submit the work completion certificates in this regard.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s), of the tenderer Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
(d) Tender Security is Tk 75,000.00 (SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND) to be issued in favour of Treasurer, Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur.
(e) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
(f) The Supplier/Bidder must submit documents of being an Importer or an authorized partner of the importer or Distributor in case of instruments where applicable.
(g) The supplier must have Import Registration Certificate (IRC) and submit documents in this regard.
(h) Must submit catalog/brochure of instruments where applicable.
(I) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS).
