4. Any individual Tender/Bangladeshi Tenderer(s)/firm(s) who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in the Tender Document PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
5. Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW2A prescribed format which is to be uploaded in section 8.Strictly, Credit commitment(s) substantiated by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified format (PW2a-3) without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of the tender will be accepted.
