প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature (Repair works of building/civil works of building) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.50 (Four point Five) Lacs. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
(d) In support of average annual construction turnover, payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.50 (Six point five) Lacs. Credit Commitment certificate must be submitted in the prescribed Form in PW2-(a) from any scheduled bank without any alteration, and otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
(f) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 5.00 (Ten point Five) lacs.
(g) The intending tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Income Tax certificate & up-to-date Trade license.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
