* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Corporate body are eligible having following qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Tenderer who have minimum 05(Five) years experience of Furniture manufacturing & supplying work.
ii) Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1.00 (One) Number of similar Furniture manufacturing & sullying works of Tk.20.00 (Twenty) Lac in a single Tender during last 05 (five) years.The work Certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned.
iii) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last five years Tk.60.00 (Sixty ) Lac.Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having liquid asset (Cash flow/Free fund) amounting Tk.20.00 (Twenty) Lac. Credit commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document.
v) Having Furniture manufacturer association membership.
vi) Other required qualifications described in Tender data sheet & Tender document.
vii) Attested uptodate copies Trade Licence (As a manufucturer, supplier,importer & exporter), Income Tax clearance, VAT registration and BIN Certificate is to be attached with Tender.
Viii) All other terms & conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers is to be attested by any 1st class gazette Officer.
ix) The Tender security shall have in the form of Bank draft/Pay order/Bank guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
x) Tender validity 90 days.
xi) Manufacturer/suppliers should have sumitted design (3-D Design) as per item description on or before 22.06.2022 at 12.00 noon
