* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of lifts and related services as supplier shall be 3 (three) years.
 
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of at least 4 (four) lifts which was manufactured and tested of the mentioned counties in schedule of requirements and related services of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 320.00 (three hundred twenty) lac.
 
3. The minimum supply capacity is 1 (one) no as supplier at least 2 (two) nos lifts, brand & country of origin which was manufactured and tested of the mentioned counties in schedule of requirements and related services per year within the last 5 (five) years.
 
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 350.00 (three hundred fifty) lac. The tenderer must be submitted letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8.
 
5. Must be submitted up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses.
