2. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim or extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
3. Tenderer(s) are informed to read carefully the instructions stated in ITT clauses no. 40 and its sub-clauses.
4. Tenderer must need to submit the line of credit certificate in prescribed format (Form2a-3) which is attached in section 8.
