* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Special Instruction:
1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
2. The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
3. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet.
4. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in section 7 (General Specification).
5. Tender security must be payable through e-GP system only in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft/BG from any schedule bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, Rangamati O&M Division, BWDB, Kaptai.
6. The clear instruction for all tenderer that "Payment will be made after availability of fund and approval of budget."
7. As the Tender is invited but the NOA will be issued after getting the Approval of Note Sheet from the competent authority.
8.As the Tender is invited but the work order will be issued after getting clearence from the competent authority.
9. In case of any confusion Last Updated PPR will be followed.
10. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders if occurs any unavoidable situation.
