* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electro Mechanical works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backwardfrom the date of publication of IFT.b) A satisfactory completion of supply & installation of lift work of at least Tk. 70.00 Lakh(Seventy Lakh) under a single contract (Including minimum 1 Nos 1250Kg Lift ) within last05 (Five) years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh.c) The required average annual turnover must be Tk. 200.00 Lakh or more during the last(05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of thetenderer shall be BDT. 70.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by thetenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latestbalance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period ofevaluation. If the Tenderer successful in more than one Lot/ID (in same Notice thatpublished in Newspaper), should satisfy the Liquid Asset Criteria in multiple of minimumamount [i.e Liquid Asset Amount should be ≥No. of Lots x Minimum Amount of LiquidAsset]; Otherwise the Tenderer shall be disqualified for multiple Lots.e) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registrationcertificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate..f) Up to date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from BangladeshElectrical Licensing Board.g) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all othercertifications mentioned/posted in the documents section, have to be submitted in thedesignated fields.h) The tenderer must have to submitted Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposedlift.i) Other qualification Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.<
