* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Experience of minimum 5 (five) years in the electro-mechanical works and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract of supply, Installations,Testing and Commissioning of lift successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 300.00 LaKh (Three hundred lakh) in a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/private organisation in Bangladesh.i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/private organisation other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of that organisation and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concerned Exen of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 320.00 (Three hundred twenty) Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 400.00 (Four hundred) Lakh over the last 5(Five) years.
d) Tenderer must submit Up to date i) valid Trade license, ii) Income tax clearance certificate iii) VAT Registration certificate .iv) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.v) Up to date Manufacturer’s Authorization/Agencyship Letter from lift manufacturer.
e) Others qualification stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and special terms and condition of lift stated in section 6 and PCC.
f) Full BOQ is uploaded to document section (6 no. point)
