* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.As per TDS & It is to be noted that latest amendment regarding (-/+) 10% bar of official estimate for quoting rate will be applicable for this tender.
2. General experience Five years.
3. Specific experience: A single contract of 38mm dia Deep Tubewel, Tara deep, or Production Tube well within the last 03 (Three) years with a value at least Tk- 1.00 (One Crore)
4. Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.75 Crore (One Crore Seventy Five Lakh ) lakhs over the last 3 (Three) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five ) lakhs. For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered.
6. It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without any acceptable clarification.
7.Fixed item must be quoted as fixed rate, otherwise the Tender will treated as non-responsive.
8. Minimum Tender capacity 115.00 Lakh (One Crore Fifteen Lakh)
9. The Tenderer must completed desire depth 275m.
