* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro-mechanical Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience in similar nature electro-mechanical Works of BDT 65,00,000.00 ( Sixty Five Lakh) in a single contract successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization .
(c) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lakh) over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lakh).Letter of commitment for bank’s Undertaking for the line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the dat of the dead line for submission of tender.
(e) Up to date ABC category Electrical Contractory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 75,00,000.00(Tk Seventy Five lakh)
(g) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate and Valid VAT documents along with the tender.
(h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown TDS & PCC of tender documents.
