দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৪৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

6. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
7. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least BDT. 30,85,000.00 ( Thirty Lakh Eight Five Thousand.) (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21)
8. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 48,30,000.00 (Forty Eight Lakh Thirty Thousand.) over the best 3 years in the last 5 years. (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21)
9. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12,07,000.00 (Twelve Lakh Seven Thousand).
10. The required minimum Tender Security shall be Tk. 1,33,000.00
11. The required minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 35,60,000.00
12. The amount of Performance Security shall be 5% (Five percent ) of the Contract Price.
