দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Sub-station, Generator and other electrical works.
ii) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
iii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 133.00 (One hundred thirty three) Lakh.
(iv) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lakh from scheduled bank of Bangldesh in standard tender document format.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 99.00 lakh only.
vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
viii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
