Submitted tender will be treated as 'Non-Responsive' due to the failure of submission of following eligibility documents related to the Tenderer -
1. Duly attested copy of updated trade license, TIN, VAT and required specific experience certificate.
2. Copy of turnover document in the form of Work certificate.
3. “It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well otherwise tender would be considered non-responsive without acceptable clarification”
4. “ No fund no Contract Signing, If the fund is not granted, the contract will be canceled by the PE”
5. It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tenderer according to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment).
