4) The Tenderer must have valid upto date VAT Registration Certificate.
5) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Arboruculture works of at least 01 contract(s) of Arboriculture successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk 03 (Three) lacs constructed through any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
