6.A Commitment Latter Must Be Submitted To Start Work At Any Time As Per The Demand Of AFCCL Authorities.
7.Reputed Construction firm/contractors who have minimum 05 (Five) years’ experience in construction works under Bangladesh Govt./semi-Govt./Corporation/ Autonomous organization.
8.The Certification of successful completion of construction works shall have to be issued by an authorized officer not below the rank of Grade-9 of concerned department with official address, seal and phone number.
9.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be of Tk.5000000(Fifty) lac issued from the concerned schedule bank of Bangladesh (Which issue within the tendering month).
10.Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated cost shall be rejected.
11.No JVC is Allowed.
12.If any bidder submits fake document along with the tender,then necessary action will be taken as per PPR Act.
13.All Others Required Qualification Terms & Condition As Per TDS.
