* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1)Tenderer shall have valid certificate/license for both supplying and carrying of Acid/Chemicals through competent authority.
2)Tenderer shall have minimum 05(five) years of General experience in supply of goods and related service.
3)Tenderer shall have minimum 03(three) years of Specific experience for the supply of various types of coolant chemicals.
4)Required number of similar nature of supply completed shall be minimum 01(one) number over a period of last 03(three)years with a value of at least TK 25,00,000.00(Taka Twenty Five lakh only)under a single contract.
5)Tenderer shall provide certificate of satisfactory completion from the end-user.
6)Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License,TIN certificate along with updated Tax return certificate and VAT/BIN registration certificate, NID and Authorization Letter.
7)Minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK. 22,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Two lakh only).
8)Shall submit 01(one) kg/litre sealed sample for each item and test kits with details authentic test analysis report, product data sheet etc recommended by Rolls-Royace Bergen engine, Norway before 16/05/2022 04:00PM whose address is XEN(Opn), Faridpur 50 MW Peaking Power Plant, Dhuldi,Faridpur.
9)Certificate of origin of the goods is mandatory.
10)The supplied sample & test kits will be examined in the Test Lab of BUET/BCSIR(Science Lab)Only. All expenses for testing purpose will be borne by the supplier.
11)Certificate of Analysis & Test Information,Product data sheet & Product safety data sheet shall be provide with delivery challan.
12)The required average annual turn-over shall be greater than TK 25,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Five lakh only) over the last 03 (three) years.
13)All other terms and conditions are stated in the Tender Document.
