প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of electromechanical works including CCTV Installation works within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 3.50 lakh(Three lakh fifty thousand) under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.03. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 16.00 lakh (Sixteen Lakh) over the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover should be submitted with all supporting documents. 04. The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 lakh (Four Lakh ) . Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in ePW2a form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer available balance of facilities shall be mention 05.The Tenderer must submit up-to-date ABC License and Electric Supervisory License, up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.06. Minimum Tender Capacity shall be of Tk. 3.70 Lakh (Three lakh seventy thousand Lakh) . The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents.
