* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Any tenderer(s) who fulfill the requirements stated in TDS. The Tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to tender.
* During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 5(Five) percent less/above than the Official Estimated price, then it is mandatory to submit Rate Analysis when asked by the Procuring Entity according to Memo No- 35.00.0000.015.14.32.20 (Part-3)-331 Dated-11.08.2021 and Memo No- 35.00.0000.015.14.036.21-125 Dated-16.02.2022 of Maintenance Wing, Road Transport & Highways Division, Ministry of Road Transport & Bridges.
* 60/70 Grade Bitumen shall be used in all DBS Wearing Course and DBS Base Course works in this project.
* For preparation of DBS materials Asphalt Batching Plant must be used by the contractor.
* The tenderers shall have their own Asphalt Batching Plant. If the tenderers do not have their own Asphalt Batching Plant they may hire it from any other source; But then the tenderers have to submit the contractual agreement to hire or lease of the Asphalt Batching Plant in non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300 affidavit by the notary public.The tender name and tender ID must be mentioned in the hire or lease agreement.
* The Procuring Entity will visit the plant during evaluation process to verify the location and condition of the plant.
* The Defects Liability Period is 36 Months.
