" Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)" This Form should be use for Liquid Asset and Issuing Date must be before the submission of tender.
1.Tenderer must have minimum liquid Assets Tk 150.00 lac which is in-case of bank statement must have the blance at least 5 days continuously in day end blance statement (5 days blance statement) in between tender publising & closing date & time (5 days blance statement must be incolsed).
in the form of Bank statement
2. Satisfying the other criteria laid down in TDS, PCC & ITT.
3. Minimum Performance Security will be 5-10% of the total contract price.
4. Tender must submit the similar nature of works Tk.275.00 Lac. (Both Pathner) Building works.
5.Tenderer must have minimum trun over per year Tk 300.00 Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years. (300x5=1500 Lakh).
6. Tenderer must submite i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tex certificate iii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID card. v) EED license
6. Tenderer must submite Up to date ABC Licence
Tenderer must submit the authorization letter own firm pad properly (Mention tender ID, Work name seperately). As per PW-3 form.
