প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Required Contractors/Construction firm who have Minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in successfully completion of civil works amounting to Tk. 15.00 Lakh in a single work order in Government semi-Government/Autonomous Organization during last 5(Five) years as stated in TDS of Tender documents.
c) i) In case of work done under any Government / semi-Government / Autonomous Bodies/Government Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer of the organization (Not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District
d) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 70.00 Lakh during the last 5(Five) years Payment certificate.
e) Liquid Assets or Credit facilities against the work shall be Tk. 20.00 Lakh
Only as stated in Tender & Contract forms PW2a-3 of Tender document. (Bank Certificate/Transaction statement in this regard should be issued not more than 14 days before the date of submission of the Tender.
f) Valid up to date Trade License,VAT registrationcertificate and up to date Income tax certificate.
h) Other Conditions as per Tender Documents.
