* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of RCC Frame structure construction works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.120.00 (One hundred twenty) Lac only in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk.200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress /completed work under public sector during last 05 (Five) years. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk. 160.00 (One Hundred Sixty ) Lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW3-7), Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Tender Capacity shall be Tk.140.00 (One hundred Forty) Lac.
f) Must have Up to Date TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade licence.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document.
