দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The tenderer must have valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.
2.Tenderer must have solid Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting minimum 25 (Twenty five) lac Taka as liquid asset.
3.Tenderer shal have to submit proper documents against 20 (Twenty) Lac Taka average annual turnover for last three years.
4.Tenderer should have experience on supplying related Items (Pump, Spare Parts) and installation and commissioning experience of high pressure pump work of an amount of minimum 30 (thirty) Lac Taka in a single contract and  in last 05 (Five) years.
5.The Tenderer must submit the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) Authorization Letter.
6. Tenderer shall have to submit at least one end user certificate of satisfactory performance .
7.Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4) has to be complied with existing system that are being offered by the tenderer.
8.Tenderer shall have to submit Manufacturer’s (OEM) drawings mentioning and technical specifications/ technical data sheet of the offered items.
9.Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate from the manufacturer (OEM) confirming that, offered items must meet the design specification of the Units and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
10. Tenderer must submit Guarantee / warranty certificate for the equipment/ items/commissioning and its satisfactory performance 1 (One) years from the date of successful commissioning.
