Elligibility of bidders
1) Bidder must have 05 years General Experience Certificate. It must submit along the Tender. It will be counting from the date of publication IFT in Newspaper.
 2) Bidder must have 05 years Specific Experience Certificate. It must submit along the Tender. It will be counting from the date of publication IFT in Newspaper. Minimum 20 lac under a single contract.
 3) Three years audit report
 4) Yearly supply of desktop, laptop, ups, scanner & networking items minimum qty (5000PCS or more) along the tender
 5) Bidder must have TITANUM/More Partner certificate from (OEM) along the tender
 6) Bidder must have Valid Trade License along the tender
 7) Bidder must have Vat Registration with BIN Certificate along the tender
 8) Bidder must have E TIN with Tax Clearance Certificate for latest financial year
 9) Bidder must have valid BCS membership certificate along the tender
 10) Bidder must have valid Basis membership certificate along the tender
 11) Bidder must have Manufacturer certificate along the tender
 12) Bidder must have ISO Certificate 9001: 2015 (Must be clearly written to Import, export, assembly, storage, marketing, sales, supply and after sales services of computers, printers and other hardware, software and related accessories).
 13) Bidder must have ISO Certificate 27001: 2013 (Must be clearly written to DESIGN, DEVELOP, SUPPLY, INSTALL & MAINTENANCE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) RELATED HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, ACCESSORIES & SERVICES).
