প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction and repair works.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk. 7.00 (Seven ) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 20.00 (twenty) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight ) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.
D) Up-to date Trade License, up-to-date ABC & supervisory license, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
E) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-8 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
F) According to PPR-2008 and ITT, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than Ten percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tenderer will be rejected
