প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Special Class/ Class one (Combined)/Class one(Civil), Class two (Civil) Contractors/Firms .
c) Tenderer must posses i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate ii) Valid VAT registration certificate iii) up to date trade licens
d) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 25.00 (Tweenty Five) lac only during last 5 Years. Construction Turnover must be supported by the total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh.
e).The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be of Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed from for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form Pw3-7 of tender and contact form.
f) Minimum specific experience in Minimum Civil Construction work in a single contract with an amount of at least Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) lac only in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years.
