দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderes are requested to follow the amended TDS.
1. Tender Security will be submitted in the form of pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director,Rangpur RAC,BWDB or Bank Gurantee from scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of EE,Gaibandha O&M Division, BWDB, Gaibandha will be allowed (Bank Gurantee form PSN-4).
2. Original Copy of relevant documentsto be showed to the recruitment committee.
3. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and place as specified by Pe.
4. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post,CV of all personnel,filled up excel sheet regarding the information of Outsourcing personnel given in Apendix-D and experience certificate.
5. Recruiting manpower through outsourcing does not gurantee permanent employment.As soon as the manpower supply expires ,their service period or service will will automatically expire.Subsequent assimilation or regularization or any other facility in this regard cannot be claimed in any way.
6. Fund is available upto June/2022.Payment for remaining period would be subjected to availability of Fund but the work must be continuedand proportionate progress must be achieved. Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services(PSN) document will be applicable for Manpower Supply work which has been uploaded in Section-7.This tender will be evaluated according to the rules & guidelines of ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, Activity schedule and various forms etc.( that contains qualification criteria, evaluation, criteria, sub-criteria, the point/markagainst various sub-criteria and other related conditions) of the PSN documents.The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, Activity schedule and various appendixes etc. which are uploaded in Section-7.
