প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tenders provided may fulfilled the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial are describe in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of tender document.
2. The tenderer shall have all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, Valid TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Bank Solvency Documents, etc. as stated in the tender document.
3. The Tenderer should fulfill all other eligibility criteria which are stated in Tender Document.
4. The tenderer will not be eligible for those state or countries which have not business/diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
5. After accomplishing the tender opening process. If TEC disable to download the important documents of the tender/s which consequently affects the tender evaluation process or creates ambiguity; then, TEC may treat the said tender/s as non-responsive.
