* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Eligibility of Tenderer's as mentioned below:-
(A) Reputed Government Approved contractors/Construction Firm who have minimum 05 years of General Experience in Construction works.
(B) (i) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01 Number of Construction work including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification works not less than amount of Tk 8.00 (Eight) Lakh in a Single Contract within the last 05 years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 45.00(Forty Five) Lakh over the last 5 years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(D) The liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in form PW2a-3.
(E) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk.9.00 (Nine) Lakh.
(F) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC License and Electric Supervisory License of his own firm.
(G) The Tenderer must have Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up to-date Income Tax Return Certificate.
(H) All other Conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 and Section-4) of tender Documents must be fulfiled.
