* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৯৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer must have:
(a) Minimum Five years of general electrical works such as Fire system (protection and detection) supply and installation experience.
b) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Fire system (protection and detection) in at least 01 No of contract with a minimum value of Tk. 250.00 Lac, over the period of last 05 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System, under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body in Bangladesh.
i. In case of the works Supplied under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the works Supplied under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
(c) The Tenderer must Submit -i) Up to date valid Trade License .ii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance certificate. iii) Valid e-BIN Registration Certificate .iv) Up to date valid ABC/BC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, v) Up to date Import registration Certificate (IRC)
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facility shall be Tk 250.00 Lac (BDT).
e) The minimum amount of Turn Over in five years shall be Tk 1250.00 Lac (BDT).
