* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. A minimum 3 (three) number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services as specified in the TDS
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of Electrical Equipment in Power plant of minimum 40 Lac under maximum 2 (two) contracts within last 3 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) of successful supply.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 40,00,000.00 ( Forty Lac Taka).(In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate
6. Tenderer must submit all the additional documents specified in ITT clause 22 (m). Without any of the specified documents in ITT clause 22(m), tenderer shall be declared non-responsive
