The construction of community based small piped water supply schemes in village clusters with on an average 30-40 households, which consists of the following components:

Installation of 100mm x 75mm dia Tube well with 1.5 HP Submersible Pump.
Construction of RCC structure with Platform for Overhead Water Tank (Height 25 ft).
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Vessel Type IRP/ AIRP (if necessary)
Piped network system with total length of about 0.75-1.00 km;
Community Mobilization.
Operation and maintenance of the schemes for initial 5 (five) years.

দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Small Piped Water Supply Schemes will be implemented by the selection of DBO (Design-Build-Operate) Firm / Contractor.
2. Eligibility criteria for the selection of DBO contractors:
2.a) Construction Company/NGOs/Social Enterprise/Joint Venture of Construction Company with Social Enterprise /NGOs.
2.b) Must have specific experience in the construction of Tube well/ Production well/Overhead Water Tank (OHT)/ Water Treatment Plant/Piped Water Supply Scheme.
2.c) Must have experience in community mobilization and operation & maintenance of water infrastructures/ piped water supply schemes.
2.d) Financial solvency to invest in capital expenditure or operational expenditure.
3. The contract awarded DBO Firm/Contractor will be fully responsible for ensuring sustainable Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for initial 05 (five) years after successful completion of the scheme. For this purpose, a triparties contract agreement has to be furnished along with submission of a security bond amounting to 05% of the contract value of the scheme in the form of a Pay Order/ Bank Guarantee in favour of the relevant Executive Engineer before submission of the final bill which will be released after successful Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the initial 05 (five) years.
4. It is mandatory for all interested bidders/ Representatives along with JV partners/ Representatives to participate in the Pre-tender meeting through the e'GP system to have a better understanding of the implementation modality of the scheme.
5. It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well, otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without acceptable clarification.
