* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements:
a) A minimum general construction experience of 5(Five) years.
b) Specific experience of Materials Supply work in a single contract of minimum value of Tk. 24.00 ( Twenty Four) Lacs for the last 5(Five) years
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 35.00 Lac in last 05 (Five) Years. Years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
d) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 24.00(Twenty Four) Lacs Only, which must be supported by relevant papers issued between IFT Publication date to Tender Closing date following ITT.
2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e_GP system with the help of online database system – TDMS.
Qualification information and evidences such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list(own or rented), personnel list etc of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP. Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.
