* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Bidder should be mentioned manufacturer’s name, brand & model number etc.
2. Only Rubber Belt Manufacturer’s or their designated dealer’s/ agent can participate in the tender.
3. Manufacturer must submit at least 03 (Three) years’ Experience Certificate on similar works along with the Tender.
4. The bidder must be submitted End User Certificate of the Belt Conveyor.
5. Attested Copy of updated trade license must be submitted with the tender.
6. Attested Copy of BSTI Certification marks (CM) license should be submitted along with the Tender.
7. Supplied Belt will be tested from Govt. Polytechnic Institute/ BSTI / BUET or any other Engineering University after initial verification by the Engineer of user Department. Belt will be accepted if satisfactory test result found. The full cost of the Belt Test will be bear by the supplier.
8. The Supplied Belt must provide a Warranty Certificate of satisfactory operation for a period of 01 (one) year. 10% of Total value will be deducted for 01 (one) year warranty period from the date of supply of the Belt as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned as per the rules.
9. If any supplier wants to supply the Belt of any foreign manufacturer, then the manufacturer’s ISO Certificate, Warranty Certificate should be submitted along with the tender. Moreover, Test Certificate, Shipment document etc. must be submitted at the time of delivery of goods. Besides, all the above conditions will remain in force. BSTI Certification marks will not be required for submission of ISO Certificate only.
