প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number similar work whose work value at least of Tk. 11,00,000/= ( Eleven Lac) in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years.
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 7,50,000/= (Seven Lac Fifty Thousand) .
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4,00,000/= (Four Lac) lac, which should be submitted by prescribed form of CPTU.
e) The Tenderer must posses
i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost shall be rejected.
