* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned As Per ITT & TDS are eligible.
b) Required Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in in similar nature of works counting backward from the date of tender publication in News paper
c) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Furniture Supply in Educational Institutions (Supplying of High & Low Combined Bench in Educational Institution only) of Tk. 10.50(Ten Lac & Fifty Thousand Only) in a single Tender in Government/Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.17,00,000.00 (Seventeen Lac) in the form of only PG2-5 mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate (Original copy only) Bank statement period should be counting 28 (twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached. In case of credit facilities, conditional Bank certificate treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted.
e) If the quoted rates are exclusive above/less than the estimated cost than the tenderer must submit detail analysis of his quoted rate taking the analysis items rate from analysis of LGED schedule of rates 2019. Otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive according to PPR-2008 Rule 98(23).
f) The tenderer must possess : i)Up to date income tax clearance certificate or Case file / Return receipt, ii) VAT registration certificate.iii) Up to date Trade license. iv)National ID of Authorized Person
g) Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet of the tender documents & updated all Govt. rules of PPR should be followed.
