প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. This tender has been invited to construct multi storied WASH BLOCK (attached in school building ) in different primary schools and sites will be selected based on instructions from DPHE Headquarter. Sometimes it takes more time getting all the sites ready due to unavailability of eligible locations /criteria and sometimes need to wait more for other agencies to start construction of the main school buildings.
2. Possession of the sites to be taken within 7 days after getting any ready sites and confirming by the Executive Engineer
3. Sites can be located remotely or even in the haor area, tenderer must have the willing to work anywhere within Netrokona districts.
4. Utilization of steel shutter for all the concrete casting is a must.
5) Tenderers must upload a list of On-going Contracts and Current Commitments ( format attached in Particular Specifications section of this e Tender documents) under all PEs organization, Presenting false information and/or concealing any on going work information will be evaluated as technically Non-responsive and might be punishable under PPR 127-2(kha)
6) It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document and /or false information will result in the submitted tender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tenderer according to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment).
7. Payment to be done based on availability of the fund.
