* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All egp enlisted tenderer, who full fills the following requirements:
A) General Instruction:
1) Valid Trade Licence
2) TIN number.
3) VAT Registration.
4) Nationality.
5) Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.
6) Work plan, Statement of work method, equipment & Personnel
(Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the Tender)
B) Special Instruction:
1. In case of Working Certificate/Performance Certificate/Payment Certificate; Name of works, planned Commencement & Completion date and also Actual Completion date should be mentioned /Writen down on the certificate. It is better to submite the certificate guided by CPTU.
2. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
3. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
4. Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation.
5. If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.
6. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
7. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW3-7. Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.
8. VAT/Income Taxes shall be implied as per latest circular of NBR.
9. Latest circular of CPTU & CPC of BWDB will be followed.
10.If any tenderer hide his ongiong work, tenderer is consider non-Responsive
