a. Advance payment shall be 10 (ten) percent of the original Contract price against an unconditional Bank Guarantee for mobilization.
b. It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately accroding to the depth of the well, otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without acceptable clarification.
c. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason.
d.The name of the Development Partner is International Development Association (IDA) & Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)
e. The amount of all insurance (Clause No: 37) is in money.
