প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of 01(one) Building Construction Work completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 200.00 (Two hundred) Lac.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 200.00 (Two hundred) Lac over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 150.00 (One hundred fifty) Lac.
Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract, (in the form of PW3-7)
(e) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be 200.00 (Two hundred) Lac
(f) Up to date ABC category Electrical Contractory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(g) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate and Valid VAT documents along with the tender.
(h) JVCA is not applicable for this Tender.
