প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Contactors/Construction firms with general experience in Civil works for min. 5 (Five) years.
2) Successfully completed at least 1 (One) Civil work of similar nature under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during last Five years (counted backward from the date of publication of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 20.0 (Twenty) Lac.
3) For works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
4) Min. avg. annual construction turnover of TK 60.0 (Sixty) Lac supported by payment certificates during last Five years.
5) Min. Liquid assets/credit facilitiy of Tk. 30.0 (Thirty) Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (PW2a-3), without any alteration or addition, issued not earlier than prior to the day of the publication of the tender.
6) Min. Tender Capacity of 22.0 (Twenty Two) Lac.
7) The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, TIN/Tax Clearance certificate, updated Trade license
8) Evaluation will be conducted according to the latest PPR rules and its amendments and Tenderers are expected to submit their rates/documents accordingly.
