* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tendered must be registered in e-GP system through CPTU, IMED.
2. Enlistment/Registered Certificate of FY 2021-22 with category ‘B’ or above for the
Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment (DIFE), Ministry of Labor and
Employment.
3. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the recruitment committee.
4. Service provider/personnel needs to appear for interview to the authority on date and
place as specified by PE.
5. Tenderer has to submit list of personnel for each post, CV of all personnel, filled up
excel sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel given in Appendix-D and
experience certificate. Note: The Procurement of Non-Consulting Services (PSN) document will be applicable for
this Procurement which has been uploaded in section-7. The relevant PSN document of this tender/work contains several sections such as ITT, TDS, GCC, PCC, various PSN forms, activity schedule and appendixes which are
uploaded in section-7. The tenderers are requested to strictly follow the instructions of
these uploaded/scanned sections of PSN document.
6. Sample BOQ format is uploaded in section 7 for calculating total payment. After using your appropriate profit try to calculate total payment. Basic payment and VAT & IT for all post remain unchanged. The Firm/tenderer who will change the Basic payment and VAT & IT is treated as non-responsive.
7. Caculation Procedure is uploaded as Appendix G in section 7.
8. Outsourcing Policy of 2018 will be followed in all respect.
9. Authority reserves the right to reject any personnel during service period without assigning any reason.
10. The service provider shall change/replace any personnel at anytime as per request of the authority.
