* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 08(Eight) years.
2). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4.20 (Four point two zero) crore.
3). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 8.50 (Eight point five zero) crore over the last 05 (Five) years.
4). The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the  Tenderers shall be Tk 2.00 (Two) crore.
5). The minimum tender capacity shall be: 4.50 (Four point five zero) crore.
6). The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk. 17.50 ( Seventeen point five zero) lakh in favour of Project Director, Establishment of Dry Fish Processing Industry in Cox’s Bazar.
