N.B 3: For the proper and effective use of supplied ashphalt materials, the properties of ashphalt materials must be preserved. For ensuring such properties of the supplied materials, tenderer must have ashpalt plant within the vicinity of Noakhali district.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities (Mentioning name of the work) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.30.00 (Thirty) lac
