1. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3,30,000/- [Three Lac Thirty Thousand ] Taka & Banking instrument, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
2. Experience certificate mentioning the amount of supply in a single work order of similar goods (The Tenderer shall have successfully completed of similar goods and related services minimum Tk. 8,80,000.00 (Eight Lac Eighty Thousand ) under Maximum01(one)number supply contract within last 5 (Five) years. )
3. Upto date Trade license.
4. Upto date income tax certificate.
5. VAT Registration Certificate.
6. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA & PPR -2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be Followed.
7. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
