* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender.
1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format. attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Certificate other than the specified format must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
2.In the case of liquid asset, certificate and statement from bank should be submitted, issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. In the case of credit facilities, it should be sanctioned and must be submitted as per the format for the Credit Line (Form PW3-7) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in accordance with ITT Clause Clause 32.1 (d) without alteration, issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
3.If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid asset & Tender Capacity
4. If tenderer submits any fake certificate, action will be taken to debarment of the organization. For abnormal or unjustified price quotation the tenderer may lead to be declared ineligible as per section 98/23/a of PPR 2008.
5.The contract will be signed and related work will be implemented subject to confirmation of receipt of funds. The tender will be canceled by the procure entity if the fund is not guaranteed.
