* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/ supply, installation works of STP as Prime Contractor or Sub - Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
2) The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of sewerage treatment plant of at least 2 (two) single contracts with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty) Lakh in every single contract or 1 (one) single contracts with a value of Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) lakh successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization/ Private Sector of Bangladesh.
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 03 (Three) financial years of Tk. 600.00 (Six Hundred) lakh. Payment Certificates for Contracts in Progress or Completed Under Public Sector Must be Submitted along with Tender in Support of Construction Turnover.
4) The Minimum Amount of Credit Line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh in the form PW3A-7 (Failing to Submit in PW3A-7 Form will Make the Tenderer Nonresponsive).
5) The Minimum Tender Capacity Shall be Tk. 400.00 (Four Hundred Lakh). To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must submit list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
6) In Marking Criteria of ITT Clause 25 of the TDS: The Tenderer Must be Scored 85 Out of 100 for being Technically Qualified.
7) Other Notable Terms and Conditions are Pointed out at TDS and PCC that Must Need to Follow.
