* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a)Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in building construction works
(b)Having minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one number of Acoustic work,stage light ,sound system etc in Auditoriums minimum Tk. 95.00 (Ninety five) lac in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 100.00 (Hundred) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. In support of average annual construction turnover, payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender. Other formats of documents are not acceptable.
(d)The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/ Credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration & must be unconditional) Tk. 135.00 (Hundred and Thirty five) Lakh. otherwise tenderer will be non-responsive.
(e)The Tenderers shall have minimum amount of tender capacity not less than Tk. 100.00 (One hundred) lac
f) Tenderer must have to submit upto date income tax clearence certificate with TIN, Valid VAT registration certificate, upto date trade license, Upto date ABC Contractors & Supervisory license issued by the electrical licensing board of Bangladesh .
(g) The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
