participate in the tender provided that they have to fulfil the criteria as stated in
Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006 &
PPR-2008. If
the quoted price varies by more than 10.00% (above/less) of the official
estimate then the
tender will be rejected. Tenderer must upload Rate Analysis supporting the
quoted amount,
if the Total quoted Amount is more than 5% above/less than the approved
official estimate.
2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer must be evaluated in the e-GP
system with thehelp of online database system-TDMS.
